Request The Holiday Edit

The Italy Holiday Edit is a private planning service for travellers who want to make the right decisions before booking: where to stay, how many nights to spend, whether to rent a car, which regions work well together and what should be booked early.

Italy offers almost too many good options. Rome, Florence, Venice, Tuscany, Lake Como, Puglia, Sicily, Sardinia and the Amalfi Coast can all make sense, but not always in the same trip. We help you edit the noise.

This service is designed for travellers who are still deciding where to go, families choosing a villa base, couples planning a honeymoon, or anyone with an itinerary that feels too rushed, too expensive or too uncertain.

What we help with

We help you answer the decisions that actually shape the holiday.

  • Where should you stay for a first trip to Italy?
  • Is Tuscany or Puglia better for your family?
  • Should you rent a car?
  • Is the Amalfi Coast worth it for only two nights?
  • Can you combine Lake Como and Venice?
  • Is Sicily too much for a 10-day trip?
  • Which region works best for a villa holiday?
  • How many nights should you spend in Rome, Florence or Venice?

This is for you if

This service fits a specific moment in planning, when the decisions still matter and nothing is locked in yet.

  • Your itinerary has too many places
  • You are choosing between Tuscany, Puglia, Sicily, Sardinia, Lake Como or the Amalfi Coast
  • You are planning a family holiday and need it beautiful but practical
  • You are booking a villa and are not sure the location works
  • You are planning a honeymoon and want it to feel romantic, not rushed
  • You do not know whether to rent a car
  • You want an Italy-based second opinion before booking

What happens after you send your brief

First, we review your dates, budget, travel style and current ideas. Then we tell you which option makes sense: a short call, a full itinerary review or a more detailed Holiday Edit.

After the call or review you receive clear next steps. Where useful, we may introduce selected villa, hotel, transfer or travel partners. Holiday.it is designed to help you make better decisions before you commit.

A clear, honest note

Holiday.it is not selling package holidays at launch. We provide planning advice, itinerary editing and referrals to selected partners where appropriate.

This matters because package travel in the EU can trigger specific organiser obligations when multiple travel services are combined and sold as one trip. For the first phase, we stay an editorial planning and referral platform, not a tour operator.

Questions

Good to know

Can you book hotels and villas for me?

Holiday.it can help you understand what kind of hotel, villa or base makes sense. When useful, we may introduce you to a selected partner, but the initial service is planning and itinerary advice.

Is this useful if I already have an itinerary?

Yes. The Itinerary Review is designed exactly for travellers who have already planned something but want to know if the route, bases and timing make sense.

Can you help with family trips?

Yes. Family holidays in Italy usually need fewer moves, better bases, practical transport and accommodation that works beyond the photos.

Can you help with luxury villas?

Yes. Villa trips are one of the best use cases because location, staff, bedroom layout, pool, car access and nearby restaurants matter enormously.

Can I pay online?

Yes. The Italy First Decision and Itinerary Review options can be paid through secure online payment links, and The Holiday Edit can start with a short brief.
